What is the point of being worried?
Does it help overcome adversity? Does it make you richer? No it doesn’t. In fact it reinforces deterioration processes and slowly kills you from the inside.
Yes, letting emotions out is vital for the humans, just don’t make a habit out of it. Discipline your mind just as you discipline your body during physical activities. Wake up being grateful to be alive and go to bed appreciating the opportunity of a new day.
