Sometimes we just want to heal from things we don't speak off. Normally I don't use pen and paper anymore, but I chose to take a piece of paper and a pen, and be back to that feeling of patience and taking time just to write something I remembered from the books that have come across my life. Being scared is ok of deep connections with people, failure, low moods, self-acceptance. Been feeling that way lately and is fine, and probably is time to be brave - take the risk and don't miss the chance to see what happens. Daily reminder that is perfectly fine to be scared :)
