It is inquisitive to learn how different people cope with negative thoughts. What does your inner voice tell you to comfort you at once or do you get stuck in emotional hole indefinitely until you have to pull yourself out? Numerous studies show that projecting yourself in a calm peaceful place does the trick to kick you out of bad state quickly. A little transcendental meditation which all of us can master at any time by simply imagining ourselves outside of the stressful environment.
